The two important parameters to set here are: Media Premium QoS to a value of 46; Control

Premium QoS to a value of 24. These are the standard RTP (46) and SIP signaling (24) QoS

values for the Integra Telecom network. The Gold and Silver QoS values are not differentiated

in this voice-only configuration.
